Request for sponsorship for the Children of Home of the Champions

Dear Friend,

Following are the profiles of the 18 children who are being maintained with the Basic Needs and amenities of life at the Home of the Champions of Smyrna Development Society in Anandapur, Savar, Dhaka. Being unable to maintain their children with their meager income, the concerned parents had to put their children in to our Home where they are being maintained with all sorts Basic Needs and amenities of life. But our organization has fund constraint. Therefore it is looking for sponsors to support the children. Could it be possible for any generous personality each to support at least one of the children, please?


1. Shittatul Farin Montaha: (Girl)

Shittatul Farin Montaha daughter of late Forkan Hossain (father) and Mrs. Shirin Akhtar (mother), aged 7 years is in class Two. Her father was a security guard and was gunned down by a robber about 5 years back. Being helpless her mother put her daughter into our Home, as there was none in her family and the society to look after and maintain her. Once upon a time starvation with her was a common matter. Now she is provided with all sorts of basic needs and amenities of life at the Home. Her mother serves as a maid servant in a family. Her income is quite meager to maintain her family. Her hobby is to play country game and aim is to become a nurse for services to the suffering people. Would you kindly sponsor her to fulfill her dream!


2. Tairao Mro: (Girl)

Tairao Mro daughter of Pale Mro (father), Cherashing Mro (mother), aged 8 years is in Play Group. She hails from Bandarban Hilly area of Bangladesh having difficult road communication. She belongs to a very backward society. Her father is a day labor having quite uncertain and inadequate income to feed the hungry mouth of her family. Her mother is a housewife. Being helpless they put their child into our Orphanage for provision of basic needs and amenities of life. Her hobby is to play indoor games and aim is to become a singer in future. Would you kindly sponsor her to fulfill her dream in future!


3. Bithi Halder: (Girl)

Bithi Halder, aged 8 years, daughter of Mr. Samuel Halder (father) and Mrs. Lovely Halder (Mother) is in class One. Her father died of cancer. Due to financial crisis the whole family had to starve some times and suffer from malnutrition and consequent illness. Her relatives and neighbors who had enough food never came to their help. Now she has enough food and social security at the Home. Hobby of Bithi is playing indoor games. She wants to become a School Teacher in future. Would you be her sponsor to fulfill her dream!


4. Babu Marma: (Boy)

Babu Marma son of late Kaholiching Marma (father), Mrs. Numayuth Marma (mother), aged 6 years is in Play Group. He hails from Bandarban Hilly area having very difficult road communication. He is a tribal belonging to a very backward society. After the death of his father, he was given shelter to his grandfather’s house as his mother was unable to maintain him. His mother is a day labor, whose wage is quite uncertain. So suffering of this family knows no bound. In the circumstances Babu Marma was put into our orphanage for safe shelter and privation of basic needs and amenities of life. His hobby is to play indoor games. He says that his aim is to become a football player in future. Would you kindly sponsor him to fulfill his dream!


5. Poly Halder: (Girl)

Poly Halder, aged 11 years, daughter of Aboni Halder (father), and Putul Halder (mother) is in class Four. She related that her father being almost invalid due to his prolonged sickness, he was unable to earn any income. So her mother took a job but with quite a meager amount of income. The family had been passing its days with great financial hardships. So her mother put her into Home of the Champions for food, social security etc. Now she is safe and comfortable there. Her hobby is to read books. She wishes to be a good school teacher in future. Would you be her sponsor to fulfill her dream!


6. Sohai Marma: (Boy)

Sohai Marma son of Ongcha Marma (father) and Mrs. Puingkong Marma (mother), aged 6 years is in Play group. He hails from Bandarban Hilly area having very difficult road communication. He is a tribal boy belonging to a very backward society. His father is a day labor earning an inadequate amount of wages which cannot meet the basic needs of his family. Daily bread of his family is uncertain. So suffering of this family knows no bound. In the circumstances Sohai has been put into our orphanage for safe shelter and provision of basic needs and amenities of life. His hobby is to play indoor games. He says that his aim is to become a teacher in future. Would you kindly sponsor him to fulfill his dream!


7. Sevenu Marma: (Girl)

Sevenu Marma, daughter of Saimingtan Marma (father), Mrs. Paisherong Marma (mother), aged 7 years is in Play Group. She hails from Bandarban Hilly area of Bangladesh having difficult road communication. She belongs to the very backward tribal community. Her father is a day labor having quite an uncertain and inadequate amount of income unable to feed the hungry moth of her family. Her mother is a housewife. Being helpless, they put their child into our Orphanage for provision of basic needs and amenities of life. Her hobby is to play indoor games and aim is to become a singer in future. 8. Epoy Murong: (Girl)

Epoy Murong, daughter of krongtan Murong (father) and Mrs. Pyingpia Murong (mother), aged 10 years is in Class 3. She hails from Bandarban Hilly area having very difficult road communication. She is a tribal girl belonging to a very family. She has one brother and two sisters. Her father is a day labor earning an inadequate amount of wages which cannot meet the basic needs of her family. So suffering of this family knows no bounds. In the circumstances Epoy hass put into our orphanage for safe shelter and provision of basic needs and amenities of life. Her hobby is to play indoor games. She hopes to be a Singer in future. Would you kindly sponsor her to fulfill his dream!


9. Akanto Biswas: (Boy)

Akanto Biswas, aged 7 years, son of Amrito Biswas (father), and Sikha (mother), is in K.G. He was born in a very financially poor family. Daily bread of this family was quite uncertain and starvation was a very common matter with his family members. Akanto said, “I had to remain half-fed and even on starvation many a day but our neighbors and relatives did never offer me a plate of food to satisfy my hunger, while our neighbors’ children were enjoying rich food. My parents could not give me better food and clothing on any of the social and religious occasions. Now I am living happily at the Home of the Champions being provided with all sorts of basic needs. I am quite hopeful of my future”.

His hobby is to sing songs and his aim is to become a good singer in future. Would you be his sponsor to fulfill his dream!


10. Suvo Biswas: (Boy)

Suvo Biawas, aged 9 years, son of Sambhu Biawas (father) and Golapi Biswas (mother) is in class 2. Suvo Biswas says, “My mother left home after quarreling with my father and I was put to a helpless position in her absence. My daily bread was quite uncertain. My father said that my stay at home alone was quite unsafe. So I was put into Home of the Champions for my safety and maintenance with all sorts of basic needs. I am now safe and comfortable here”. His hobby is to play country games and his aim is to become a foot ball player in future. Would you be his sponsor to fulfill his dream!


11. Bristi Halder: (Girl)

Bristi Halder, daughter of Mr. Samuel Halder (father) and Mrs. Lovely Halder (Mother, aged 7 years is in K.G. group. Her father died of cancer, her mother took a job of a maid servant with an inadequate income to feed her family. Gradually their children were quite neglected by their neighbor. So she was put into Home of the Champions where she is being provided with all sorts of basic needs and amenities of life. Her hobby is playing indoor games and her aim is to become a doctor in future. Would you kindly sponsor her to materialize her dream!


12. Mikhila Marma: (Girl)

Mikhila Marma, daughter of Animong Marma (father), Umaching Marma (mother) aged 5 years is in Nursery Group. She hails from Bandarban Hilly area which is inaccessible place to some extent. She is a tribal girl belonging to a very backward society. Her father is a day labor earning quite an uncertain amount of wage. Her mother is a housewife. Some times Mikhila Marma had to go to bed without food. Therefore she has been put to our Home for provision of basic needs and amenities of life. Her hobby is to play indoor games. Would you kindly be her sponsor so that she can be a valuable citizen of Bangladesh in future!

 


13. Anne Amelia Pirich: (girl)

Anne Amelia Pirich, daughter of Mr. Edward Pirich (father) Mrs. Shilpi Anne Pirich (mother), aged 10 years is in class Two. Her father is a day labor and mother is a housewife, income of her father is so low that he has been unable to provide the family with basic needs. So the whole family had to go to bed sometimes without food. Their relatives and neighbors did never help them or provide their hungry mouth with any kind of food. In these circumstances, the parents of Anne were compelled to put her into our orphanage for safe shelter and provision of basic needs and amenities of life. Her hobby is to sing and aim is to become a singer in future. Would you kindly sponsor her to fulfill her dream!


14. Julia Tripura: (Girl)

Julia Tripura, daughter of Handrojoy Tripura (father) and Hafaiti Tripura (mother) aged 12 years is in class 6. She hails from Bandarban Hilly area which is an inaccessible place to some extent. She is a tribal girl belonging to a very backward society. Her father is a farmer earning quite an uncertain amount of wages. Her mother is a housewife. She has one brother and one sister. Some times Julia had to go to bed without food. Therefore she has been put to our Home for provision of basic needs and amenities of life. Her hobby is to play indoor games. She hopes to be an Electrical Engineer. Would you kindly be her sponsor so that she can be a valuable citizen of Bangladesh in future!


15. Lalmohon Tripura: (Boy)

He is a tribal boy of a very backward family. His father is a day labor earning an inadequate amount of wages which cannot meet the basic needs of his family. He has one brother and two sisters. Daily bread of his family is uncertain. So suffering of this family knows no bounds. In the circumstances Lalmohon has been put into our orphanage for safe shelter and provision of basic needs and amenities of life. His hobby is to play indoor games. She hails from Bandarban Hilly area of Bangladesh having difficult road communication. She belongs to the very backward tribal community. Her father is a Pastor having quite an uncertain and inadequate amount of income which cannot feed the hungry mouths of her family. Usana has two sisters. Her mother is a housewife. Being helpless, they put their child into our Orphanage for provision of basic needs and amenities of life. Her hobby is to play indoor games and aim is to become a Nurse in future.
